Marketing Yor Home

Getting the word out that your home is for sale is job NUMBER ONE. Designing a targeted marketing campaign, unique to your property is how it gets done. Here are some of the steps I take in marketing your home.
  • The MLS (Multiple Listing Service): This is the most important element when selling a property; this is where all of the agents look for available properties.
  • Internet Marketing : Statistics show that 85% of prospective buyers utilized the internet in the purchase process. I  believe strongly in the use of internet marketing to create maximum exposure for your property.
  • For Sale Sign: A For Sale sign on the property. Buyers are very active when looking for and purchasing a home. They often find a neighborhood they like drive around looking for signs then check out the listing on the MLS site.
  • Agents Caravan: This will get 25-35 Agents in to see your home; so they can easily relay the information to the clients that may be interested in the area or the property.
  • Public Open House: I recommend having one the first week and then every 2-3 weeks after, I serve refreshments at these and I personally will hold them.
  • Produce color flyers:  I will produce color flyers of your home for potential buyers, it gives them a tangible reminder of your home.
  • Royal LePage Listing alert: Your home will be instantly paged to close to 200 Agents letting them know it's on the Market, way before anyone else will see it on mls.
  • Personal contact:  I Contact my real estate colleagues, past clients and personal contacts, personally and let them know about your home.
