Advocating for Great service and an understanding of the Process.
Service...the dictionary states that the definition is: "an act of helpful activity" A valuable action, deed or effort performed to satisfy a need for someone...I provide a service to my clients and to the general public everyday. But its more than that, its going the extra mile, its doing just one little bit more than you needed to. When I was 8 years old I used to deliver the Globe and Mail at 6:30 in the morning, if it had snowed that night I would do a quick shovel as I dropped off the newspaper, maybe not every house, but the ones that needed some extra help. No one asked me to do it, no one paid me extra and I'm sure some people didn't even realize it was me doing it. I wasn't looking for the recognition, I just wanted to be a good kid and give more than I needed to.
Great service is what I try to accomplish for the people that choose to work with me, the simple truth is that I understand what people go through when buying or selling a home. It can, and will be an emotional process, there are so many factors that come into effect that you need someone who can talk you through it.
Understanding the process of buying or selling can be intimidating if you are not educated in the experience. Weather you have bought 20 homes or this is your first, it is very important to understand the steps we take to make this a great adventure! Because the world changes so fast with tech, trends and market values, you need the most up to date information.
